Management Team

Michael W. Powers / President & CEO

Mike Powers is chief executive officer for GBSD Technologies, where he focuses on building the company's global market with groundbreaking hardware and software developments in location technologies for cellular operators.

Mike is an entrepreneur and philanthropist who started in the telecom industry fifteen years ago as a software developer for a major telecom in the USA. Being a pilot, Mike recognized that the airline industry uses proven location technology all the time, and therefore set about to bring the same location technologies to the telecom market. He is an expert in cellular technologies, call flow, optimization, and the integration of non-traditional methods into telecom.

Adam V. Behnke / Director of Software Engineering

As Director of Software Engineering, Adam is responsible for the teams worldwide which are tasked with development, engineering, quality, service, and support. He is also an entrepreneur, having founded and sold several software firms before joining GBSD. He was instrumental in major advancements of software releases at GBSD, such as getting the LBS suite of GBSD products certified on a 30+ million subscriber network in Africa.

Jace Henderson / Financial Director

As financial director, Jace oversees GBSD's finance, information technology, human resources, legal and facilities departments. Jace is a veteran of the telecom and financial services industries, having more than 15 years experience in finance, sales and general management.
