Network Probes
GBSD Technologies has invented and patented a cutting-edge network probing system, consisting of in-line lossless taps, link aggregators, and multiplexors. This allows for unprecedented cost savings in capturing all network messaging.
GBSD's probes receive data at the BSC level without interfering with any network interface signalling (such as SS7 or SIGTRAN). These probes have been installed and certified on Motorola, Huawei, and Alcatel BSCs. The taps then feed data to multiplexors, which filter the important messages and forward them to link aggregators, which store the messaging for later reassembly and location calculations. A location is tied to every call flow, allowing for incredibly easy and uninvasive network optimization, eliminating the need for constant and consistent drive testing!
